We encourage the submission of high-quality papers reporting original work in both theoretical and experimental research spanning 11 tracks. All the submissions to the conference should be made through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).

All papers submitted to this conference will go through a double-blind review process. After the review, selected paper authors will be notified of the corrections to be made. Hence, the revised papers should be submitted again. After verification of the review comments, final acceptance will be notified to the authors. Acceptance will be based on the originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and references of the paper.

Accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings and selected best papers will be guided to KDU journals.
